Our strength is introducing senior candidates in Japan and the broader APAC region who align not only with job specs—but with long-term career value. Many of our introductions are still with their employers 10 years later.

We  work at all mid-career hire levels—from Sales Account Manager and Senior Consultant up to Sales /Services Director, Country Manager and Partner/VP for consulting firms., CTO/CIO transformation management at end users.

Every engagement starts with a career stock take. We do not promote immediate moves unless timing and context support it. This is not a hard-sell environment, particularly for project managers who must see projects through.
